Claudio Dondoli and Marco Pocci founded in 1983 the “Archivolto” Studio based at Colle Val d’Elsa, city of origin of both of them. At the beginning the Studio was interested in the industrial production, the design and Architecture while since 1989 their activity is starting to be specialized exclusively in industrial design. The research of materials and innovative process of production is aimed to get the best result of quality/price ratio using items technically perfects and approachable to the public. The designer has to create a beauty for everyone and incline more people every day to the design. This is one of the main activities of the Studio: through sophisticated processing materials, such as the aluminium or the plastic, considered by Dondoli and Pocci particularly charming thanks to its incredible ductility, becomes elegant and noble. In addition to the home ambiance study “Archivolto” dedicate itself to test the Architecture and electronic world: besides to the furniture the Studio has designed lots of daily use items and it realized Villas and public site.
